Bulk Policy

rue21 reserves the right to restrict, limit, cancel or alter orders and the terms of purchase and returns applicable to Bulk Purchases. Bulk Purchases are defined as purchases for resale of greater than five (5) fragrance items and twenty (20) non-fragrance items of the same style of merchandise.

At no time may any purchaser, including Bulk Purchasers, of rue21 merchandise use any trademark, copyright or copyrighted materials, images, models or other intellectual property of rue21 without first obtaining rue21's written permission to do so. Customers who make Bulk Purchases are not entitled to free shipping or discounted shipping options.

rue21 always reserves the right to refuse sales to customers, who, by themselves, or in concert with others, make Bulk Purchases.
