Q: Where are your stores located?
A: We are located in 47 states. You can find the stores that are closest to you by checking out our store locator. Just enter your zip code and the stores in your area will be displayed. Can’t find any stores by you? We are growing fast so you may see us in your area before you know it!
Q: What time do your stores open/close?
A: Our store hours will vary by center. Please contact your area rue21 for their hours of operation. You can find stores and their phone numbers in your area by using our store locator.

Q: What sizes do you carry?
A: We offer Girl's and Guy's sizing in all of our stores. Please see the sizing chart below:

Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy?
A: You can return any item purchased in a rue21 store to any other rue21 store within 30 days of your purchase date. If you have your original receipt, you will receive a refund for the amount you paid. If you don’t have the receipt or you are beyond the 30 days, we will offer you either an exchange for other merchandise or a merchandise credit for the current selling price of the item.
Q: I shopped at your store while on vacation; can I make the return to a different store?
A: You can return any item purchased in a rue21 store in any rue21 store. Please have your receipt so we can refund your money or make an even exchange.

Online/Catalog Shopping
Q: Do you have online shopping?
A: Although we do not have online shopping on our site right now, we do have future plans to offer online shopping. Be sure to join the rueCommunity to be the first in line to shop online!
Q: Do you have a catalog?
A: At rue21 we strive to minimize our environmental impact, and therefore we do not print a paper catalog. We do have future plans to offer online shopping.

Gift Cards
Q: How do I buy a rue21 Gift Card?
A: You can purchase a gift card at any rue21 location and online by clicking here!
Q: How do I check the balance on my gift card?
A: You can check your balance by visiting the Gift Cards page and clicking on the 'Balance Info' link on the left hand side. You also can call the 800-number on the back of your gift card (1-800-351-9431) or you can stop in any rue21 store and a store associate will tell you your balance.
Q: I lost my gift card. Can I get a replacement card?
A: Yes, we can replace your gift card if it was lost or stolen. You can call 1-866-533-4783 Monday thru Friday (9 AM to 5 PM EST) to request a replacement. We will need a copy of your original purchase receipt and can only replace the current balance on the card.

Q: How old do you have to be to work at rue21?
A: To work at rue21, you need to be at least 16 and have a valid work permit (if applicable). Please visit your local store to obtain and complete a paper application.

A: We appreciate your interest in rue21. However, we do not currently offer franchises or allow other retailers to sell rue21 products.
Q: How can I request a donation?
A: At this time rue21 does not have any programs to support donation requests. We are, however, involved in the communities where our stores are located. You can submit your request to us and we will consider it. If we can help, we will contact you directly.
